I don't like being harsh; especially not when it's Wurt's brother, but you are really not material for raiding. Hunters do not benefit from strength gear for raids, and you're lacking AP and crit and hit rating (even though hunters don't need as much hit rating as e.g. rogues).

So please apply when you have improved your gear in heroics and so.

i sugested him to apply because being a member of a guild he will have more chances to get to go on heroic instances and get some new gear from there, but ofc its your decision if we invite him or not.
