Which doesn't mean you suck too, I just wanna say that shadow priest is
not the best dps you can get, but shadow priest does have other values
that othwr dps classes don't have like regenerating health and mana =)



Anyway, i think we're recruiting spellcater dps classes with +800 spell dmg or more so maybe try to get a bit more spell dmg, tho officers might decide to recruite you anyway.

Well ... you are revered with few major factions, you should try to get revered with all. We expect people to do also heroic to get purples from there or reputation rewards. If you are willing to do this and not expect to get loots from just kara, cause it may take a while, than I say yes, but we wait for 1-2 more officers to agree on this.
