Your talents look very solo pvp centric.

I'm looking for key talents such as :

1. Sanctity aura (for me )
   
2. Improved Sanctity Aura (for the party dps buff)
   
3. Sanctified Crusader (for raidwide dps buff)
   
4. Improved Judgement of the Crusader (might as well improve it, if you're going to use that judgement 24/7)
   
5. Sanctfied Judgement (mana refund on Judgements ftw)
   
6. Improved Judgement (just 'cause)
   

I don't think off-healing is neccesary with our fine healers so I'd suggest something like:

for a more raid friendly ret build.

With this you'll help maximise the raids dps while also producing pretty good dps of your own. Obviously you can mess around with the talent build but the first 3 talents I have listed are the main reason I can suggest taking a ret pala in over say, an arms warrior, and are therefore ESSENTIAL talents for raiding.
